Jamestrong are a leading supplier of innovative, metal packaging solutions. They’re the largest supplier of aerosol and food cans in Australasia. Head office is located in Melbourne, with five manufacturing facilities located throughout Australia and New Zealand.
The Challenge
Jamestrong had visions of a new tin-plate coating plant located close to their existing can forming plant in Hastings and their large customer, Kraft Heinz.
The Tomoana solution
Tomoana Food Hub offered the ideal location and expertise to work closely with Jamestrong to design and build a facility exactly to requirements. The building was designed around their key plant, including a machine in excess of 85m long, to maximise their manufacturing efficiencies.
